Greetings from Central America.
We led the male chorus in the commencement ceremonies of the Guatemala Bible Seminary in Chimaltenango last Saturday and will be ministering in Mexico City during the commencement ceremonies of the Central American Theological Seminary in Guatemala City. Thanks for praying for the recording sessions of the ASAPH Male Chorus of G.B.S. We recorded 16 numbers and hope to produce cassettes and CDs with music that honors our Lord Jesus Christ early in 2003.
We are having tons of rain (probably the tail of the various hurricanes in the Caribbean). God is also showering us with blessings. So many young people are being trained as effective ministers of the Gospel and we hope that our music classes have helped them sharpen their talents in that area of the Christian ministry.
We will be turning off our computer and during our three months in Mexico and the USA it will be cleansed of its various ailments and viruses. Pray for Daniel Bran who will be doing that work; he has training from the USA and is also a student at the seminary and is one of many that will be joining the new choir in the seminary in the capital which I will be starting the first of February, 2003. We will be an essential part of the diamond anniversary of the Central American Theological Seminary slated for 2004. When you have a minute, read Psalm 33:1-3.
In the name of our soon-coming King of kings,
Phil and Arleen Blycker
